MailUp 8 is a complete redesign of our email marketing system, and – with a visually stunning new interface – it introduces a new user-friendly navigation.
As we start upgrading all customers to the new version, let’s go over the essentials for you to get up and running in MailUp 8 and highlight the key changes in the navigation from version 7.
A More Cohesive Navigation Menu
Each tab – Messages (Email, SMS, Social), Recipients, Statistics, Marketing+, and Settings) – has been optimized to help you spend less time on the technicalities and more time on working with the features and functions within the platform.
From setting up automated post-purchase triggered messages for your e-commerce store to personalizing your newsletter with targeted content and A/B testing to achieve higher click-through rates, everything is right where you need it, and just a couple of clicks away.
New Horizontal and Page-specific Tabs
Many of the pages have their own horizontal set of tabs designed for you to quickly access other pages relevant to the page you are on. For example, when you are viewing message statistics, a wide variety of reports are available to you in order of importance from left to right.
Depending on the level of detail, some pages display one additional level of tabs as we can see here:
More Intuitive Action Tabs
The action tabs further increase your productivity. A common example is when you save your email in the system and, to get back to your last session, you can edit the email message or proceed with the email check-up directly through the action tab.
The same is true when using the action tabs to edit the scheduled sending time of an email or to edit a recipient’s information.
