One Market PlazaOur San Francisco office is growing! We’re looking for a candidate with a pretty unique set of skills to join our team here in San Francisco, CA. The position is called customer success engineer: a hybrid between a customer service representative and a software/web developer.

You’ll be helping our customers get the most out of using MailUp – our emailing platform – and at the same time writing source code for numerous projects, like integrations with other apps and code samples for the MailUp API. Fluency in Italian is a must since you’ll have to support many Italy-based customers and communicate with the development team in Italy.

That’s the kind of hybrid job you end up with in a startup. In fact, if your last job was with a startup, that’s a plus for us!
