A new customer account area is coming soon!
A completely redesigned customer account area is coming to your MailUp account later this month! We wanted to share this news with all our customers to notify you of the upcoming changes and briefly describe the benefits that they will provide. Your MailUp account will be updated automatically in this month’s MailUp 8.8.4 release, starting on August 25, 2015.
The redesigned customer account area brings about several improvements. As a quick summary, you’ll be able to:
- Log into the MailUp more quickly as the customer account area is now directly inside the MailUp control panel (getting to the control panel used to be a 2-step process).
- Manage your monthly subscription and billing information more easily, including upgrading from a free trial to a full account in a simpler and faster way.
- Purchase options such as SMS credits, additional administrators, etc., more quickly, with just a few clicks.
Overall, you’ll notice that the new customer account area is better integrated with the rest of the MailUp system, easier to use, and faster.
The current customer account area
I’m sure many of you have become familiar with the customer account area (an example is shown in the screenshot below). For reference, it’s the first page you see when you log-in to MailUp and a place where you can upgrade from a free trial to a full account, purchase options, and manage your billing details.
When the new account area is introduced in MailUp 8.8.4 later this month, you will no longer have to go through this additional step and click on Access admin console to get to your MailUp control panel: you will be taken there directly.
Sneak preview: the new account management pages
As a sneak preview, here’s how the new account management area will look in your MailUp account, starting on August 25, 2015. Notice how clean and intuitive this section looks. You will be able to access it by clicking on the shopping cart icon located in the top navigation.
